Nightly terrors and bad dreams, abductions

This issue is pretty simple and I’ve seen many many self-voted people talking about this subject in many videos and blogs, websites – actually they have no slight idea about what they are talking about, same as “alien abductions”. People are copying each other, it is dumb.

First of all, you need to learn according to your own life experiences over time sooner or later that your thoughts – and eventually this way – your mind is very powerful and you can manifest any kinds of circumstances, “power” to experience and decode your own reality in the physical life how you decide to experience it. There are also limits to abilities but the truth is about the nightly problems are that every individual are causing it to themselves! You are constantly interpreting your reality here and now according to consensus reality agreements and personal decoding.

Thoughts, released uncontrolled

For first you must agree on, that you release hundreds or thousands of thoughts each day, not even realizing it that your thoughts are forming your personal reality from the subjective inner reality but causing probable futuristic outcomes. It takes seemingly physical time in our liner time perspective.
As your thoughts are containing fearful notions and bad habits of thinking, you can experience very bad situations and circumstances both in physical life and in non-physical life. Your experiences are what you are thinking mostly, I mean just mostly.

The non-physical is here right now on a different mind-channel, you just can’t maybe reach it consciously. Forget what every people say about it, you are always there while you are asleep. You can also get influence from there daily but not in that idiotish way which people are spreading to effect you with fear. Look at this the other way: the physical and non-physical are the SAME but the physical has restrictive rulesets like physical body as a buffer towards events. It is NOT you, it is a projection, feeling “real”.

Everybody should check whatever they think daily because this is one of the primary reasons why we are in the physical dimension to live physical life. If you can’t check your thoughts and can’t keep them in control, you may don’t have sudden effects mostly here as your physical body serves as a filter, but in the non-physical – from where we came from – you are experiencing your own thoughts instantly without realizing it. Here you are living physical life to learn to grow up and not just control them but to take responsibility about your thoughts. If you don’t learn it right now, you will later, maybe after hundreds of lifetimes. I won’t waste my time on this lol.

Uncontrolled thoughts are causing released emotions, not the other way. Emotions are fueling experiences. Bad ones are the worst, they are causing these unpleasant experiences over night too. In the NP, you fear something, you can’t stop it, if you don’t stop your thoughts about that situation it will be magnified very much, because that is how the wider reality works.

So what is happening over night?

It is simple, nothing complicated. You are close to the non-physical and just releasing all your thoughts which are fueled with emotions and they tend to manifest so bad situations that you may not returning back to the physical dimensions completely but actual leftover thought forms are manifesting “around your bed” and you are fueling it. You are creating those fears, not some kind of “evil” entities are hurting you. YOU are doing it! You fear from your own aspects, which are you, personalized! Start laugh towards them or act on love and happiness. It is hard but you are actually fighting with yourself. People need to grow up non-physically.

Why are you experiencing personalized aspects of yourself? Because physical human life is about objective viewpoint and we are objectifying everything, that is how the human part of our mind works. Subjective viewpoint in the NP is very different.

When people are going to sleep, they – from a very bad civilisational habit and programming – tend to black out to just “sleep” towards the morning and they soon realize maybe that they are “elsewhere” in a non-physical training ground (surprise why is that name is the label) and they instantly release all their thoughts from previous days and events which are running in the background always, but never checking them and knowing about them. So you are in a thought responsive environment and you are thinking about somehing is approaching you, omg what is that? And you just instantly interpret that something with your fearful ego, fueling it into some kind of evil entity, now you are in great fear, fueling it further (automatically) and further until you can’t escape and getting up in your bed in great fear, screaming etc. Children basically can experience this because they freshly learnt stupid human concepts from this world. I experienced it too in my childhood for a few times when I haven’t got any idea about the non-physical endless world.

So you had a so called nightly terror, alien abduction (the same, no aliens want your butt), evil entities (evil is only your perception) etc. Even if you THINK you woke up and the entity is still there, you are not awake physically! You are in a parallel world, facing your own fear construct. Stop fooling yourself. Check your thoughts and eliminate fear based beliefs from your life! If you would act towards a thought form with curiousness with some kind of positive attitude, it would be a fairy or some kind of “kind” character.
I repeat it, not the actual character or any thought form causes you to be afraid, you are doing it and this way the thought form changes into what you are thinking.

The worst is as the internet is flooded with shit all over, people are talking out their own theories as facts about these kind of things which they have no idea what they are talking about, no personal objective observations are made and they are believing their TRUTH so well, they are actually speaking self-made facts. Don’t believe anything, questiont them! Many of people are objectifying their own personal belief constructs.

And search for non-physical resources, forums and start learn about the wider reality if you don’t want to fool yourself. There are many billions over there in the so called “Afterlife”, stucking in for an eternity in self-made fear loops and addictions, don’t follow them. We are not here for gather physical resources and act on dramas, to hate each other and suffer! Physical life just a big illusional facade.

How to raise your vibration with various tools!

Are you in bad mood, or having bad days since a while? Or maybe you were always in a negative loop, wandering how to get out to feel better? The tools are there.

Good mood elevating methods are everywhere, but you need to know what is natural for yourself. If your average vibration is too low, your physical body suffers from a potential negative thinking deep inside on an ongoing basis. Nothing complicated, everything is vibrating in the Universe starting from atoms.

Music, the frequency elevater and natural healer

If you enjoy some kind of music, like pop, rock, classical etc. then you can just plug in your headphones or your speaker and enjoy it. Take time for yourself daily a few times to get rid of negative thoughts and behavour. Music in itself is a natural healer. If you try to experiment with various volume strengths, you may dive into the songs/tracks and melt in the feeling. It is very useful if you are very emphatic and feel the singer’s feelings and the melody’s effects like me and you may start to vibrate slightly.

Music can help in healing from illnesses or mental stress. What it does is, when you are flowing with your most beautiful tracks, your body’s frequency starts to tune up to higher levels and this way more NP abilities are opening up, especially self-healing.
In the end, you get good mood, no stress, happiness from the repeated effect. Just try it and keep it up mostly if you can.

Maybe laugh is your favourite

Laughing is diminishing stress naturally and keeping you in the joy of life. My best method is to make friends laugh and known people or maybe strangers too to laugh. Maybe I didn’t say a good joke or just told some funny thing, maybe only a gesture. My perspective is not for myself to laugh, but both parties from a natural ability so to speak. I enjoy doing this to others if the effect is positive! It can help if you managed to laugh on yourself too. Don’t give a damn to people and don’t take life so seriously, enjoy it in the moment, learn to laugh it off.

Play a game!

If you like PC games or any other non-electronic solutions, try to imagine right now, what kind of game was your favourite when you felt yourself in joy. That is the one which you need. You can play any kinds of games.

Make a trip to a favourite place or just enjoy a chat with a friend

Maybe you have places to visit when you have time for them – time for yourself. Nice places may make good times also as friends. They are both for detach from the crap we experience almost daily and just not pay any attention, appreciate them!
Friends are coming and going in our life but if it is a useful friendship on both sides, it can make miracles when we (and they) need some help. Friends, good family members and loved ones are there to help each other to get rid of bad events too and guide themselves. Well not every family is actually supporting or containing positive members.

Eat some sweet or whatever you enjoy

Here I’m just mentioning sweets and chocolates which are proven to release endorphin and you may feel a little bit happiness only from eating a chocolate bar alone. It could help a lot. Don’t feel guilty eating it in moderation, the effect here is beneficial!

Enjoy nature

If you are that type who can enjoy nature outside, just go for a ride on your bike, take a jog nearby, walk an hour and listen to nature. Look around you, how the sunshine reflects on water or dances in colors, look around if you are at places of trees with nice vibrant colors, any plants nearby. If you can spot natural animals around, watch them. Detach from negativism and notice what we have. The daily sunshine in itself can change us in many ways, starting from absorbing Vitamin D and healing rays, also maybe you are that type who enjoys nightly walks/jogging. Silence in itself in suburban areas can make a good effect too.

Good mood elevation for higher frequency

Well this one comes from various methods like above. Those are just tools, but any tools are given to not get into a negative spiral in your life. If you lost your actual plan to do something in your life, get find one. It just don’t need to be a big aim and our time here and now is seemingly endless when we live in the now, but also it seems like running away many times.

The whole issue here is that your actual vibrating rate – the non-physical one – is pretty low and you need to raise it by doing something or changing your thinking throughout your day. Many people who are mentally ill or have various physical diseases are caused by their own repeated negative thoughts and destroying their physical body, which is the vehicle to experience their life here and now. Don’t try to understand ever why people are hurting themselves, just don’t, you don’t want to let you dragged down! I know for sure it could be very struggling to shake ourselves back to the positive side after some negative life events and situations, but nobody may do it for us.

Life is a game. Ok not for all but we can enjoy it if we really would like to. Find your positive side and enjoy it fully. Don’t give any attention to the negative ones. It could be very hard not to but energy goes where our thoughts are flowing and becomes our reality over “time”. Do you want to remember your negative life or the positive one at the end?

Alien abduction by night? OBE!

Many people experienced this strange phenomena and it grew into a religion too – people just want to experience this one somehow. Basically, they don’t know what they are experiencing, here comes the lack of knowledge about the basics. If one of these people could understand what is the non-physical and how your thoughts and emotions are working out when you are in another dimension which responds instantly to your thoughts people could already understand that they are scaring themselves only.

About aliens, extraterrestials

Well it is a big topic in itself and I can surely tell everybody that indeed there are countless other races in different dimensions and physical like Universes and they could develop vehicles on the principles of the NP to change realities according to their plans, and they can appear and disappear on Earth. That is surely known, nothing special about this. They are only switching channels between dimensions and living their lives like us on a different civilisational level. We are just on a different evolutionary AND vibratiory level and that’s all.
Maybe there are “bad” and “good” races or types, that is only an objective viewpoint and all of us (them and humans) are coming from originally the same source non-physically. Like an animal or a plant – consciousness experiences in every form.

Don’t hang up on media and spreading idiotism who they are and what they want… not on those worldwide ideas about what are they doing on the planet. I won’t discuss this issue further, nobody knows surely are they participating in anything on this planet, but chances are if you meet one by night, you made it up. OR you maybe really met one in the NP or as an overlay for some seconds and interacted with it which is cool, but they won’t interfere with our development. Many other races are aware of our world, we are only (it seems) the dumb race lol here.

What happens when you encounter this phenomena?

Well many authors like W.B. shared his truth about this experience, which people are just having through the nights. There is no such thing as abduction by strange little aliens, if those are occuring on the physical plane, well it is caused by other types of phenomena and it is rare. I try to stop the fear based idea about what it is.

What happens is, you are not aware from lack of useful knowledge, that your physical body is asleep and you are maybe in the buffer dimension (RTZ or other dimensions and Focus states) as your mind is already in a thought responsive world, the NP, and you are releasing thoughts, emotions and expectations. Meaning you create your own fear scene and you will experience aliens surrounding you or doing something “bad”. It could feel 100% real, because IT IS! The NP is not so much different from the physical.
So in a nutshell, you are suddenly aware that you are awake while you are NOT in F1, but experiencing a different parallel dimension, which is very similar to your primary physical one. This in itself alone shows you that the physical world is one of the endless ones and your mind have huge power to remodel your primary world.
You may experience a physical body too, but it is not. Maybe you experience the whole situation lieing in your bed and levitating. It is a classical OBE process and you just have no idea (I repeat because of lack of knowledge) what is taking place, so you manifest your own fear and ideas to your surroundings. As I saw most of newbies are suddenly waking up in the middle of the night realising that this is happening without any previous knowledge and they were unconscious to the NP in their physical materialistic life.

People around you

If you have helpers or curious “people” around you in this parallel dimension, you may see or feel or hear them, but because you are trying to scare yourself without conscious control, you will experience these “people” as bad entities, maybe aliens. Remember, that everybody can experience reality overlays, so maybe you are partly still in the physical but on the other hand partially phased out.

Just stop scare yourself. It is easier said than done, but it takes practice and start it in your physical daily waking life because your personality is the same in the non-physical too. Stop scaring your with nonsense movies, gossips, watching TV, reading BS through the web. The rulesets are different and you could experience an endless loop of fear if you are releasing your emotions and thoughts. That is why so many people are human on Earth partly, to learn control themselves, but they won’t and don’t want to – free will huh?

What you learnt in this life and stored in your non-physical mind’s “hard drive” is used for interpret what you are seeing with your mind. If you encounter something “alien” from you, you may see ETs on the way you learnt in your life, how do they look like possibly (expectation). And because too many people are sharing the same BS like little greys or reptilians, you may encounter them. Meanwhile the other side is watching you that when will you figure out that you are scaring yourself and it is an illusion.

There is no problem is the vast majority is not brave or can’t handle fear, we have plenty of “time” and we are not living just once. Sooner or later everybody should understand that not jist planet Earth is the only one and we are terenal non-physical entities.
