How to raise your vibration with various tools!

Are you in bad mood, or having bad days since a while? Or maybe you were always in a negative loop, wandering how to get out to feel better? The tools are there.

Good mood elevating methods are everywhere, but you need to know what is natural for yourself. If your average vibration is too low, your physical body suffers from a potential negative thinking deep inside on an ongoing basis. Nothing complicated, everything is vibrating in the Universe starting from atoms.

Music, the frequency elevater and natural healer

If you enjoy some kind of music, like pop, rock, classical etc. then you can just plug in your headphones or your speaker and enjoy it. Take time for yourself daily a few times to get rid of negative thoughts and behavour. Music in itself is a natural healer. If you try to experiment with various volume strengths, you may dive into the songs/tracks and melt in the feeling. It is very useful if you are very emphatic and feel the singer’s feelings and the melody’s effects like me and you may start to vibrate slightly.

Music can help in healing from illnesses or mental stress. What it does is, when you are flowing with your most beautiful tracks, your body’s frequency starts to tune up to higher levels and this way more NP abilities are opening up, especially self-healing.
In the end, you get good mood, no stress, happiness from the repeated effect. Just try it and keep it up mostly if you can.

Maybe laugh is your favourite

Laughing is diminishing stress naturally and keeping you in the joy of life. My best method is to make friends laugh and known people or maybe strangers too to laugh. Maybe I didn’t say a good joke or just told some funny thing, maybe only a gesture. My perspective is not for myself to laugh, but both parties from a natural ability so to speak. I enjoy doing this to others if the effect is positive! It can help if you managed to laugh on yourself too. Don’t give a damn to people and don’t take life so seriously, enjoy it in the moment, learn to laugh it off.

Play a game!

If you like PC games or any other non-electronic solutions, try to imagine right now, what kind of game was your favourite when you felt yourself in joy. That is the one which you need. You can play any kinds of games.

Make a trip to a favourite place or just enjoy a chat with a friend

Maybe you have places to visit when you have time for them – time for yourself. Nice places may make good times also as friends. They are both for detach from the crap we experience almost daily and just not pay any attention, appreciate them!
Friends are coming and going in our life but if it is a useful friendship on both sides, it can make miracles when we (and they) need some help. Friends, good family members and loved ones are there to help each other to get rid of bad events too and guide themselves. Well not every family is actually supporting or containing positive members.

Eat some sweet or whatever you enjoy

Here I’m just mentioning sweets and chocolates which are proven to release endorphin and you may feel a little bit happiness only from eating a chocolate bar alone. It could help a lot. Don’t feel guilty eating it in moderation, the effect here is beneficial!

Enjoy nature

If you are that type who can enjoy nature outside, just go for a ride on your bike, take a jog nearby, walk an hour and listen to nature. Look around you, how the sunshine reflects on water or dances in colors, look around if you are at places of trees with nice vibrant colors, any plants nearby. If you can spot natural animals around, watch them. Detach from negativism and notice what we have. The daily sunshine in itself can change us in many ways, starting from absorbing Vitamin D and healing rays, also maybe you are that type who enjoys nightly walks/jogging. Silence in itself in suburban areas can make a good effect too.

Good mood elevation for higher frequency

Well this one comes from various methods like above. Those are just tools, but any tools are given to not get into a negative spiral in your life. If you lost your actual plan to do something in your life, get find one. It just don’t need to be a big aim and our time here and now is seemingly endless when we live in the now, but also it seems like running away many times.

The whole issue here is that your actual vibrating rate – the non-physical one – is pretty low and you need to raise it by doing something or changing your thinking throughout your day. Many people who are mentally ill or have various physical diseases are caused by their own repeated negative thoughts and destroying their physical body, which is the vehicle to experience their life here and now. Don’t try to understand ever why people are hurting themselves, just don’t, you don’t want to let you dragged down! I know for sure it could be very struggling to shake ourselves back to the positive side after some negative life events and situations, but nobody may do it for us.

Life is a game. Ok not for all but we can enjoy it if we really would like to. Find your positive side and enjoy it fully. Don’t give any attention to the negative ones. It could be very hard not to but energy goes where our thoughts are flowing and becomes our reality over “time”. Do you want to remember your negative life or the positive one at the end?

The Focus Model from F1 to F4 – part 4 (FOCUS 3 – The Afterlife, Belief System Territories)

After we leave Focus 2, we can experience the entrance structures, which are leading us to various facilities and buildings, maybe a city, which is for one purpose – welcoming those who just recently left their physical focus, on other words they “died” and they switch on to their non-physical perspective.
Here comes the big thing.

The whole place is for various purposes, “people” like doctors, practicioners and specialists are helping others on various way to help heal you from your recent life and shake you back to function fully. You need to – for you own sake – shake off the previous life. There are various places to heal people from big emotional shocks of experiencing death and that place, healing those who only needs some adjusting and people who needs to shake off beliefs etc.

Heavens, Hells, various repeating situations

Now the Afterlife is a trap for most, full of Belief System Territories. It is not a bad thing on the other hand, because in a certain consciousness level, many people tend to choose the path to shake off beliefs and regain their true power, knowledge and realise that they are much more. But after what experienced travelers reported back, billions and billions, maybe quadrillions are just wasting themselves from a “higher self” perspective and the potential is lost, like a probe sent out and hardly returning back to their full potential, instead being addicted to physical life.

People there are enjoying various heavens and hells, other places, which all resonating with their beliefs to a certain degree. So why is this a problem? Well you will surely get bored and you need to realise that this is an illusion but this is another story.
What people can imagine as those places, are already existing. If you believe that there is “Hell” but you don’t believe that you will get there, you won’r.

Countless F3 Cities, Worlds

I was already in countless cities there, which are “located” on the higher or outer edges in theory, but if we understand the phasing model, there is no space, you only travel “there” with your thoughts or rather switch to a different channel, but visually they are may interconnected seemingly from a certain observational point.

People are continuing living their lives there. Building houses, going to work etc, which they only know and can’t help that notion – they are still addicted to human nature. You don’t need sleep for your non-existing body, you don’t need food, money to pay your bills, you do whatever you want to and meanwhile, people are just doing what they were familiar to in Focus 1, completely forgetting that there is much much more in the Wider Reality. You may spend thousands physical like years there, and you didn’t even see a tiny little fraction from this place.

In the closest regions there are addictive people, suffers, self-fooling everywhere. I try to avoid placing these “places” physically like on a map. And don’t misunderstand me but suffer could be many thing according to the actual person. Some people are reliving their painful death a million times, that is a hell too. Helpers are everywhere to help who are dedicated their task to do it from free will, it is a job so to speak and they can’t help everybody, there are just too much people needy for help.

The “outer” regions are for people who adjusted themselves finally to the non-physical and they are living a good life there. They are dead and proud. Maybe they are planning their next journey, but in linear time means maybe 1000 years are passing by for an “individual” while he just stops his/her acts and continue to live a meaningful life. No hurry there, because no time there.

And Afterlife or Focus 3 is just a tiny little fragment, only our local system’s place. Only the human world’s border. There are endless realities, races (ET’s) and they also have their own Afterlife there in the much Wider Reality… nothing is like a closed box place. People are just can’t gain back their true potential – most of them – because there is much more! The only limits are made by you!

Your beliefs will determine your initial life “there”

As I said above, in what you believe, will happen and you will be at a certain place which resonates mostly with you. It is like a vibrational match by your thoughts and beliefs. Nothing is wrong with it of course, eventually after a long “time” we will go further. Learning doesn’t stop after we leave physical realities. A non-physical entity won’t stay in a static state ever.

Now, Focus 3 relatively ends here and comes the so called (R.M.) inter- or transdimensional area which connects worlds. Of course there is no end, I mean physically speaking from an objective persception. But remember here now everything is relatively subjective. If you didn’t learn to behave and control your thoughts and emotions in the physical, you won’t disturb people in the other regions, who are more advanced. You are simply not allowed stand to somebody who is master of it’s thoughts. You may will be kicked out from that place instant.

But! You are relatively free to roam around after adjusting “back” to Focus 3. We all came from there.

Focus 4 is a fully different perspective, that is the umbrella Focus level or channel. People call it Higher Self or Essence what exists there, but there is no higher or lower self, it is a pure mystical crap, not understanding the basics, that YOU already occupy every level of focuses. If you enter this focus stage, you cease to exist as an objective somebody, total disintegration of the previous self and you gain back your true self. We are all starting here from pure energy. This is the death of ego, which keeps you trapped in a character which is only a fragment of you.
