The significance of keeping a Dream Journal

I guess the notion of keeping a personal dream journal or diary these days is very popular. Maybe it is not and I’m wrong. But it is personal and in my opinion you should never share it with anybody, only with a mentor or with whom you trust the most and you can chat about your adventures from the non-physical with somebody, who understands it. Yes, dreams are taking place in the non-physical world and is a bad label for something much bigger.

If you are not interested in personal development and find material goods and physical life more important than anything, chances are, you are not ready for the bigger picture. I accept it and life goes on.

The significance of keeping a personal dream diary

If you would like to reach much bigger awareness through your non-physical life while you are asleep as usual, you should aim for an electronic or paper based diary to write down every little things you can for improve your dream recall – keep them close for reach out. We call it “dream” but it is really having more singnificance what it IS, after you trained yourself and had enough willpower to write down frequently what you experienced. Why? Because you will soon notice that what you are experiencing in the dreamworld is a life which you already had but society and brainwashment kept you stay away from your other self and wash it off like nonsense hallucinations and labels like “subconscious” noise or stuff. The biggest problem is that the most are falling asleep automatically as they tend to black out and not being aware of anything, maybe their mind’s projection of fears. Bad habits and no real knowledge… this is our society.

Nothing could be further from the actual “truth”. Dreams are about your development and other part in the non-physical world and while you are sleeping physically, your consciousness switches channels in the endless mind spectrum and you have many options what you can experience. The more you are aware and learning about yourself and the wider reality, the more advanced challanges and adventures you will have. When You start to gain more and more knowledge and experience about the non-physical world and non-physical related occurences and abilities, it is the first real step in my opinion to start a diary and when you wake up, try to write down immadiatelly what you experienced in full details in a chronological time order to don’t mess up the whole experience. Just start it and you will do it well later. Doing it does one thing for You initially: your shadow memory recall will improve soon and you will now realize that you had another life the whole time while you were living a pretty mundane earthly life. It can be good or bad but it is up to you to change it (the dream related one). Don’t deny any worlds, they are both important for your life and balance is needed.

The effects of recalling your memories

There are some but the best is that your average non-physical awareness skyrockets and you will realize that when you are in another reality, whether it is RTZ, Focus 2 or Focus 3, you will be fully aware at a certain threshold of how real, or how much more real the non-physical world is and that the physical world is only just a facade, an illusion.

There is no time, no space, they are relative and subjective. You can fly or walk, go through solid objects, travel without moving etc. Limits are only there if you think you have them (until a certain point, we are of course not allowed to mess up things). Everybody is constantly monitored and watched by their NP counterparts, guides, helpers and strangers who are helping you grow up now in deeper levels. They are mostly You in a non-physical sense but to understand this, read the Focus Model.

As soon as you will experience more real scenes and worlds – I mean realize how real it is according to the physical world – something will improve too. First and as projectors realized already, you are immortal, only you are using a body to focus your awareness where you are, meaning the physical world is just for primary tasks. Most people can’t understand this and don’t accept it, they are brainwashed or too underdeveloped. That is a fact and sad thing. The other one is that you will need many experiences because you will doubt your adventures everytime you wake up here. The more experiences accumulated, the more confident you will become of being aware the NP side. Sleeping is not just about recharging our physical body but for keeping contact with our core and true home.

The illusion of being “physical”

Now I’m only talking about existing multidimensionally, we are all doing it and being it. The problem is that billions are not even being aware. For the most, NP experiences are distorted to the highs according to religious belief systems, beliefs only or with emotions. So when you wake up here, the NP experience fades away soon without practice and you will DOUBT that it was real. Everything is real, don’t limit yourself. It will feel unreal and “dream” like because now your primary focus is switched back here. While you are in the non-physical, the physical world is dreamlike, see? It depends on your perception and experiences. In the NP your memories mostly surpressed by your other parts to stop interfering with your tasks there and be successful – training and developing as always. This game never ends.

So write down what you can. Now the practice begins really when you return back here and do not wake up so soon! Just don’t. Keep your eyes closed. First, think over the whole scene and in chronological order to recall back the shadow memory. If you could run it over in your mind, wake up slowly without thinking about anything physical related. It can distort the whole memory if you try to rush your mind with daytime thoughts as you used to. This alone – what I mentioned above – proves that memories are stored in Focus 2 in your mind, not in a physical device, called brain. See how fake everything are which you learnt in your life? Every memories are stored in a personal mind area which can be imagined as an endless timeless and spaceless dark void where thoughts are the raw materials. Places in the non-physical are not really places but they are partly or fully are YOU in a wider sense but I won’t try to confuse you here, sorry : )

This alone as switching back and forth these reality frames proves that we are multidimensional, timeless, endless, immortal and we are only using a pretty strong illusional focus here and now in physical life which grabs our attention to the highs. Most people won’t ever get break free of this illusion, meaning billions are not even ready for anything. Physical hard life and objective thinking, religions, media, trends, anything are keeping people’s mind in a box thinking prison and they are kept in dumbness. Only a few can survive in developing multidimensionally these decades in my opinion and I don’t see this will improve in the next century.

What is the purpose of elevating your awareness in the NP? You will soon see that your new life begins and now two parallel lives (no, not those in other worlds) will run side by side as now you will understand who you are, what are you doing here and what are those strange “dream” adventures are about. Some are test of your matureness as a spirit, some are mind noise and some are much more.

Sleep Paralysis and how to deal with it

Sleep paralysis is relatively common with certain people, not really an undocumented phenomenon. Some people like me never experienced it in their lives directly and some are suddenly waking up in the middle of the night realizing that they can’t move an inch and terrified like hell. I will give you a quick explanation about this and how it is related to non-physical traveling while you are asleep but how you can induce it intentionally too. For me, it is just a partial phenomenon when my body is very tired so I can “sink” into my bed.

Why it is happening?

Ok for first if you are not familiar with non-physical travel and experiences, please read posts related to those. OBE, Astral Projection, Phasing, Lucid Dreaming, Remote View, just any, they are all the same with varying awareness.

So you are sleeping for example at night. When you are falling asleep, your consciousness as the real you is changing mind channels and now you are in another dimension – some people are blacked out for a while until they will be aware in the NP but the most are unconscious from habit. Billions are never realising it and calling these experiences as nonsense dreams or just dreams. When you are finished and you are pulled back to your physical body mostly automatically because maybe that body wants something (peeing, thirsty, etc) you will be “awaken”.

We are waking up multiple times throughout the night normally and returning back to the non-physical to continue our journey. If people fear everything it shows us that the most don’t know even a thing which is there for anybody to see first hand from birth.

So some people are returning and reintegrating with their physical body but it was too fast and still didn’t regain full control over their physical brain and nervous system thus muscle groups. Don’t worry so much and don’t panic, that is relatively still normal. You are encountering maybe hostile shapes or shadows, maybe something bad energy thingy. You are still not fully in your primary dimension. You are many times maybe between the physical and a parallel dimension and you just don’t realize it that you encounter with your fears, whatever form it takes shape.

For first if you would like to wake up, there are two options to go

You can slowly try to move a finger, now your hand or feet, then an arm or leg and piece by piece you are free. Just try to move your body parts piece by piece to kickstart the waking process.

Or you can induce an OBE, Astral Projection or Phasing, whatever we call it. Those who are new to this practice will try exactly like that, meanwhile sleep paralysis is only just an effect of the whole process and many practicioners are never even experiencing SP. For some, they can induce it with SP and being successful. So this is a good time to do it because you are still in the “inbetween” state. If it doesn’t work, don’t force it. A good advice here is that if you can’t wake up physically, try to be calm and try to sleep back again intently.

Those who try to suddenly get up in the middle of the night and run out for the toilet may move much slower and harder than at daytime from the same reason as the body’s physiology is changed for sleep phase. Don’t ever force it, do it patiently. Muscle groups may move much slower and that is normal.

SP can cause RTZ false awakening too, it is also normal, you managed to jump into the closest parallel reality.

Sleep paralysis explanation for religious and scared people

This phenomenon is well known in non-physical and mystical circles, also in religious ones. I have an advice, just STOP believing shit about that you are poccessed, abducted or a demon wants your butt or whatever your made up god’s book says (it IS manmade belief system). It is a natural phenomenon which is maybe never experienced. What do we fear? What we don’t know. Religions are doing a good job of keeping people in darkness and keep disinformed.

Another terms are lead blanket and sinking. They are all the same. You don’t feel your body because it is partly shut down. It is maybe warm or cold, maybe senseless, maybe you feel extreme pain because those muscle groups are inactive to STOP you moving while your physical body is asleep. Some people are experiencing pre-projection signposts like vibrations and movements. This is an autopilot thing. Your consciousness’s tiny fraction keeps your body alive and stays with your body and the bigger part is exploring the non-physical and learning.

How to have an SP intentionally

Pretty simple, I can give you some tips. First of all why should you have one? Well some practicioners in trying to initiate Astral Projection or whatever, they many times are experiencing this symptom out from the many. In my opinion projection is not necessarily involved with any symptoms, especially phasing. People want to experience symptoms because their wider part is testing them with fear barriers.

You can lie down on your back and imagine with sensations and maybe visually if you need it, that you are on the surface of a strong magnet or a neutron star. The huge gravity pulling is enough to let your body relax until you feel yourself heavy that your muscles are sleeping and it hurts, really hurts but could be fun. It also helps you to be more familiar with a natural phenomenon. Just don’t move. If you want to move, still you can. Maybe you will experience that some muscle groups are in huge hurt lol.

A second practice may be if you imagine that you are sinking through your bed, maybe you can imagine that your whole room is a big elevator inside a bigger structure and you are going downwards endlessly, this way your mind will think you are going deeper in yourself. Both examples are for sensations and mental visualizations.

I’m adding a third one here as a bonus. When you are physically tired and you feel it in your body as you crash down onto your back in your bed, you can induce SP pretty fast. But I repeat it, sleep paralysis is not some kind of Projection needed thing, it is only a sign post which is sometimes happening to people. Some can induce projection from it and many can’t. Play with sleep paralysis and you will be more familiar with non-physical related symptoms too to kick your fears in the butt.

Misconceptions between an OBE and a dream

Differences between an OBE and a dream, right? When I’m randomly reading posts on some of the main non-physical subjected sites from people who are still mixing up guesses with facts, it reminds me, how the hack can’t people accept that having an OBE’s, Phasing, Lucid Dreams, Dreams, Projections are all the same. What happens is that newbies – I was there too at the beginning of understanding the differences – having some improvements in their average awareness of peaks and highs over night, they will question the realness of the experience. We are humans right now, we tend to question anything which doesn’t fits in our brainwashment or preconceived categories, because we are highly misled according to that big bunch of false informations about non-physical traveling which is all over the web. The most won’t make deep investigations about how things work out, they call it this or that as objectifying what still they don’t know because of the box thinking. No problem, I will try to explain it an easy way, it IS easy to understand.

What is real and what is not? All ARE real, keep it in mind. People don’t feel some of them real because of the lack of experiences and development of understanding the multidimensional nature of them and of course elevating their average awareness. It takes practice and dedication. Once You wash off this objective thinking what is real and not, you will see that a whole new endless world is just beyond this realm.

Out of Body Experiences, Phasings, Astral Projections, Lucid Dreams, Dreams etc are all the same thing

I know on forums some people will argue with the other group that they are not the same. People try to cling on the OBE aspect because that is what the most learnt especially from following what Robert A. Monroe and the others were doing and teaching decades back and still teaching. It is cool to “leave” your body huh? Meanwhile you were never in it. It is a group construct, meaning that if more and more people will create this in their mind, it will happen with big effort. But the most don’t know what to do next, no real aims for developing further, just for fun.

OBE – you seemingly leave a body which is a holographic copy of your physical outer character… advanced people are already figured out that it is a copied representation of what people are expecting when they achieve this state after had a bunch of bodily sensations, rapid heartbeat, numbness, paralysis, anything and they float away or jump out, roll out. Perception, that is what is differentiate it from the others. It directly brings you to the RTZ and called etheric projection (a fancy word for a construct).

Astral Projection – all the same with other sensations and with another label as you are traveling to the “Astral Realm”, the most common label. You go to the NP as with any tools but to deeper levels. The control is as good as with OBE.

Phasing – a relatively recent label for the same phenomena, except that you won’t feel your body or having it’s presence, meanwhile you can feel it and have a partial mind trip to another dimension, experiencing both. I felt it many times while I was in the non-physical. Some may feel the body, some may not. Phasing means, you switch channels with your mind according to the Focus Model (read it if you need better insight on the site). You go anywhere with changing mind channels with practice. The whole aim in phasing is that it PROVES that you don’t have a body (while the firs two tries to show you a fake belief) and you don’t have frightening sensations or anything to stop exploring or practicing. It is harder of course and the reality frame changes are not so pretty dramatic. For me, it is like my visual field blurs out or grey and I’m at another place in the NP.

Lucid Dream – simply put, you become aware that you are elsewhere rather than your physical world, mostly you DO NOT know that you are not in your room or anything, it just don’t feel the real one. It is distorted still and if you gained better mind programming by yourself, it will be much much real with practive over time and you will see now maybe after dozens of this one that the non-physical is much real and free. I know it, I’m on this level mostly. LD’s are a little bit this and that to every people, in my opinion if you  are on maximum awareness, you will experience that the physical world (Focus 1) is just a pretty dumb illusion… yes it is. Controlled on both sides as you are the actor and helpers, bigger You is the coordinator unseen. Btw the main concern with this type is that many gains awareness in a “dream” and if you do it frequently, you will realize that the non-physical is much real than the physical waking life. The only issue here is as that you gain awareness to realize yourself.

Dream – a dumb label again according to that the most people on this planet from huge brainwash and keeping them in dumbness are don’t know what it is, shake it off, it was “just a dream” etc, the vast majority have it, because their awareness is pretty low. The most just lay down to sleep, diving in unconsciousness, maybe the most don’t even have any scenes. It is all about a bad civilizational habit, you are programmed yourself to stay blacked out for decades. I really hate this that the human society doesn’t even do anything good to people. The most are get there – it is called Sleep Class because people are unconscious – and just wander aimlessly, releasing all their emotions and encountering fears. The most will live up a “physical life” without realizing that their secondary life was there all the time to grab it and develop in it. It really counts, in my opinion more than the phyical one, but both are important!

Why people chase OBE all the time?

Wrong habits and misled infos all over the web, books, teachers etc. People are fashioned with this label “out” of “body” and it is cool, meanwhile they don’t know even a thing what are they doing if they are practicing it and stop the whole thing after they encountered their own fears in a thought responsive environment and stop doing it, calling it fake, a nightmare, anything. That is why people need to grow up. The sad thing is that the 99,999% (who knows) are living up a whole life without knowing who they are or what is that world we came from as spirits. The physical world sucking everybody in with objectivity, materialism (chasing materialistic life after money) and egoism. Of course I don’t say that everybody needs to “awaken” to their true self. No, we are coming here to experience and play the game. It is like this self-aware group does this for more experience and development, everybody else are on the other hand are just living unconsciously. It is not for everybody! Developing the inner self takes dedication. Whoever finds non-physical infos and tries to understand them and search for more on forums for example, will be the one who IS interested in personal development and gaining knowledge about everything else from experienced people. You won’t develop in any way from those self-help craps which are spreading like wildfire everywhere, You will stagnate in your life thinking you need to chant in your seat all day long and deny anything.

So the main issue is, they want OBE because other wants to. People are copying each other all the time in every aspects of this civilization, like sheep. Not because they want to realize their multidimensional nature and that they are much more and there is much more than this world, no, they chase a fashion or addiction in every aspects of life. It is fun huh? Well it can be, but the most just don’t have intention with achieving anything with it other than seeing the outer planets in the Real Time Zone or seeing other ET races, maybe pinch people, flying etc. That is not development, it is like being a child playing nonsense things. It is cool indeed but the most are not going further than their room! It won’t be fun if your fears will appear as a dragon or a monster with big mouth and relatively but funnily your own fears are eating you up.

So why do people differentiate these states?

Because these labels are made up and they have a feel and taste like separate things, also big cool names indeed. But they are only tools to explore their own consciousness. I should tell you something here, just a joke. Many chase this road for a while, unsuccessfully or successfully and realize later that they had OBE/phasing/LDs etc in their whole life! How? They elevated their average awareness and wow, now they realized it. “Dreams” are on the lowest awareness levels, connections to the non-physical and to our higher dimensional self. We are developing in all dimensions at the same time. Dreams are our connections to the Wider Reality, which tries to teach us to grow up and experience our true nature, not some hocuspocus thingy. And be careful because if you understood this and want this, other people will find you strange and alien, this is NOT for everybody! It would be too much for billions in my opinion and according to what I learnt from humanity. People are deeply in their butt in this world. Keep it to yourself! Many people, who are now in their 40-50-60’s had a hard time, not even talking to anybody in their own family, that they could NP travel from early childhood and I know a few too.

Those labels are all the same with various degrees of self-awareness and perception.

One more thing comes into my mind here. Many people – even me too at the beginning – tried to achieve a phasing, projection IN a “dream” or LD, while they are ALREADY in a projection as they are in “dreamland” or in another dimension, ok let’s call it the non-physical. They become highly aware and try to induce something which they still didn’t realize they are doing. Doubt, yeah… What happens, a useful experience is over and they are trying to induce something which was already happening. I admit I try to reach a conscious exit from my physical world too since a while but it is very hard to achieve for my type with rushing logical thinking and for some it is like for the first time. For me, it was much easier to achieve it over my sleeps. The main issue is understood even by myself, it is a big dedication to find out what works, without useless technics. Believe in yourself and should know that you were in the NP in your life the whole time, no matter how cool adventures did you have! Enjoy it!
