Why do people suffer? Why they just don’t stop?

Well we always see people doing horrible things to themselves or suffer. They may only suffer in their own misery, blaming themselves or others, being sick, mentally ill, physically ill and having various diseases. Why the hack are they doing this to themselves?

Suffering is coming from an inner mental problem

There are various types of problems and different steps which people can consciously or unconsciously cause problems to themselves in the long run, causing different illnesses and diseases. Cancer and other deadly stuffs are the last steps in this or rather the worst ones.

What mental manifestations are doing is blocking out the energy flow in the body, which mystics call chakras. Our body is supplied with a non-physical energy link unseen, which keeps our body alive. If there are energy blockages, it can cause trouble and degeneration in both the energy body and physical ones. Remember, it takes time, according to the deepness and strongness of thoughts and beliefs with added emotions.

What people do is they have a starting point of mental problem, coming from their own non-physical mind, which is them in a restricted perspective (meaning our human mind is restricted). Now what we are concentrating on or giving enough energy, will become our reality, but with time delay. In the non-physical if we would do this, it would be a serious problem but here in 3D physical world there is a “time” delay to see how our thoughts and beliefs are forming slowly our reality from deep inside, this way creating manifestations in body. It is widely proven, people are causing physical problems to themselves!

Blaming and not accepting any responsibility

What the vast majority does is they are lacking of deeper understanding in just ANYTHING! Yes, the most just don’t know anything at all, about how life works out on another level of multidimensional existence, we are still in the dark ages (and not because the Sun was not shining) and having what other’s were told to us from birth. People are not just having no idea that they are consciously destroying their body, but sucking out other close people’s life energy and life positiveness at the same time. If they are alone, they just never check their thoughts.
People are just not willing to accept what they think and check it, ever!

They are blaming certain safe foods (even sugar lol), people, forces, anything OUTSIDE them, instead of looking inside and see what their thoughts are doing externally.

We could ask, how is this that the most are just not being aware of what they are doing to themselves and their environment? Well it is interesting, we could say that people are not being conscious but the fact is that they are denying their own thoughts and blaming the outside forces . it is much much easier of balming anything outside us. People are relatively NOT accepting the CONSEQUENCES about their own thoughts and actions ever. This is horrible, isn’t it? I noticed this in my life always, looking at people, their behavour, their destroying attitude.

What about the vast majority in self-realization?

So the basic thing is this: we are constantly developing in many worlds simultaneously. Everybody has a much bigger version of self in the Wider Reality, who sends probes like You and Me as individuated characters, learn and grow in any worlds. There is no beginning and no end, only development, growing and being more compatible with love. The most are underdeveloped spirits and that is what I noticed and those who are constantly travelling to the non-physical with various mind-tools to have insights are also saw this fact.

One reason from the many, being here for the most is this: you are placed down in a slowed down environment with the illusion of “time” thing to see how your decisions and thoughts are wroking out. Some are having primary missions but in my opinion the most have to just learn and grow. Do you learn to control your thoughts and emotions, do you accept responsibility after what you are thinking and doing? While here we are in a big eternal “now”, the here and now, in the wider reality people with this destroying attitude could cause trouble instantly because thought equals instant action. All their fears and stray thoughts are becoming real in front of them.

Self-realization is not an issue for the most. We need to accept this, everybody is learning and developing in their own speed and this life is just one of the endless ones – we can’t label others in the end for what they are. Forget reincarnation, everybody has parallel versions of him/herself in other worlds simultaneously right now, so sequential time thinking is the worst thing to accept as there is no time and brainwashing is everywhere about this issue globally.

What misery does to yourself

If people don’t stop their own misery generally, it will maybe in weeks but maybe in decades, slowly destory your health – and maybe other’s – it will hurt your body and mind and will just break down around pension or earlier. You don’t need to feel yourself physically old because other’s are looking like that.

Many times we just can’t help it but it doesn’t say that we can’t change our thinking the opposite way and get out from the crap. It is not about forcing a positive vision, to live it up. No, it is about accepting our thoughts, monitoring them and changing them. But for first understanding WHY are we thinking what we are thinking? Or anybody around us.

Mental problems are causing every illnesses (everything comes from the NP to here in order, inside to outside) and the human physical body should never – in the right circumstances – would be in any diseases or illnesses. But people don’t care. We can’t just help anybody. We can only help ourselves. If we radiate out our true self, who is not thinking always from egoism and try to give helping hands, it’s the best but remember we CAN’T change people, They need to change. If they don’t want to, they won’t stop this after departuring back to the “Afterlife”. They will need “time” to adjust back and shake off beliefs and change the mindset.

I guess we all met people in our lives with this attitude. Some of them are accepting what they did and they continue to do the exact same thing further. I can only say, they deserve suffering, we can’t help them. But on the other hand it is all about life experiences here and everybody does his/her own job. That is why we can’t tell other’s how to live. They know it only (ok I admit, they don’t lol). If they don’t then it is up to each individual to live however they would like to and the Wider Reality won’t force you to stop, only if your attitude goes against what you planned to accomplish here and now and you are just wasting your own time.

Something I also noticed is that if people are continuing – after they asked ME to help! – their own misery, that is for a reason. Maybe that was what they wanted to experience. Look at those who are stucked in bad relationships, bad life circumstances. “Option A” – they chose it in a wider perspective, or “option B” – they are too weak to change, this way they will continue to hurt themselves until somebody helps.

So this is like watching Television, listening to brainwashing news where people are dieing in bad situations, suffering or just watching horror movies – people enjoy being in fear. That is ridiculous. Nobody decides to do it, only them. Did you ever wonder why fear industry so popular in any category, like XXX? There is a huge demand for it!

One big issue is still there. Self-awareness is pretty low in the most. My type clearly can monitor his thoughts, being aware many things at the same time, being analytical but I’m on a different level. Everybody is on his/her own. But low self-awareness is causing the most trouble. We can’t help it, it is developing over time and over lifetimes. An amoebae certainly won’t develop intelligence suddenly to build a spaceship, but evolving further like simple lifeforms into more complex ones – we are all doing it or were on the same level before already.

Eventually everybody moves on in their own speed and life is just a game, we tend to take it too seriously and many times it hurts but this is human experience in a consensus reality. Do your best to grow and enjoy yourself!

Is Sugar bad or good for Your health?

This is an interesting topic and worldwide, full of misconceptions, beliefs and groups, who try to sell other products which are switching you from sugar to much worse like artificial sweateners.
Whole food industry is a religion too and vegetarianism both, with other ones. But no arguement here, it is your choices and if you feel good it is ok, but later after years you may have defficiency problems. You don’t need to follow groups, just your body and lifestyle.

I’m a perfect example here. I’m almost 31 years old, tall, lean but muscular type man in genetics. I’m eating sugary stuffs since my early childhood and never ever had a serious problem with it, if I take into consideration that I should eat it in not massive amounts (lol well many times it is hard to not do it, I admit).
My brain and metabolism using it up as fast as it can, so no real big problems. It is sometimes bad if I make wrong choices and grabbing it too often from the shop’s selves, but maybe I have just some little issue about it like a little brain fog, that’s all, I can accept it. It is up to me to change my diet to a degree that I eat more protein and not more sugar. I don’t take it seriously.

What other’s are telling you what is good for you – totally wrong!

Never try to follow other people’s meal plans and diet, but you need to experiment with the food combinations and what is good for your body. Certain people can’t digest certain types of foods. But you can try out what is better for you. Those advices are just for try some aspects and if it works, use it.

If you crave on sugar and being lazy like me, chances are you don’t take in enough protein for your energy levels, muscles to stay strong and for your brain being in balance and not in tiredness. You can consume sugar and eat it in balance with other stuffs. I won’t say you, DON’T eat sugar, it is not fair. You can eat it, but in moderation. Our body is very adaptable, can handle it. But by the time you will lose minerals like Vitamine B’s, Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamine C and some more. You should eat wisely and considering your body’s lifestyle. Fat is the leasts needed one, we are not in the wild, hunting for prey and storing up fat in our body to survive winters.
Useful fats are needed like butter, Olive Oil, Cononut Oil and similars. Don’t cling on Omega 3. You need a good ratio of Omega 6 : Omega 3 = 2:1 or 3:1 and that’s all. Nobody tells you this ratio, mainstream only hungs up on Omega 3. And don’t take it seriously like measuring it daily for your intake, just don’t do it. Just eat it if you want to.

The importance of water

I found out that if I try to drink more water while I’m eating chocolates (some swallows), it can cause a little delay on releasing sugar into my blood vessels. It is a personal observation but it can help you.
Water is very important, pure water. Now I don’t recommend anything other than some mineral spring water, which doesn’t contain fluoride and chloride, but have magnesium, a little calcium and potassium for your muscles, brain, bones etc. You can still use tap water for washing your teeth or rinse a few times, wash hands but it is unsafe, and full of chemicals, byproducts from washing it back like hormones. I guess we can count up almost every countries for unsafe tap water.

There is a myth, people in my world used to say it to me too, that you should rotate your brands of mineral water because of some strange build-up theory of minerals… comeon! This is just BS again. I know my body uses up what I take in, you can’t overload them, until you are making personal powder or capsule intakes more often and too much for months. If you consumes sugary stuffs, you can be sure, some minerals are less than normal, don’t worry. Otherwise, rather protein intake is low.

How to use up sugar?

Exercise almost daily is needed to maintain balance in your muscles and blood flow to various parts of your body, especially to your brain. I know I’m lazy like hell, but I can take a run for some kilometers nearby, or just ride my bike, take dumbbell exercises at home, whenever it is needed.
It is better use up plant sugar (fruits) or just sugary stuffs after workout or jogging. You muscles are weak, use it with protein to regain damaged muscles tissues and store glycogen in it. Eat vegetables with protein.
Daytime? Use sugar rather at the middle of the day. In the mornings you need protein after sleep, and sugar is the less wanted thing before bedtime, it will accumulate as fat and your brain may have a bad bedtime over night without restfull sleep.

Sugar also releases happiness “hormone”. It causes you to feel good after ate some bars. But you can feel yourself weak and hungry if you don’t eat nothing else.

You can mix it with protein once again and try to maintain a balanced diet. You can eat crap too like fast food, but in minimal amounts. Those chemicals are stored in your body and need some time to clean out. Vitamine C is a good thing to use, it cleans you out used with minerals or with protein. I may post another blog about using Vitamine C in a perfect doesage. But never mix sugar with Vitamine C, you don’t want kidney problems, or may not but it is just stupid.

Sugar is bad if…

Well if you are only eating sugar. Or if you THINK it is bad and you fueled this thought for a long time. If you have certain health issues like diabetes, I have a story here, to see it is caused by yourself (mostly!). I knew a man who has it, BUT he can eat sugar, chocolate! I made him believe (ok, tried to liberate his mind) he has no problems and can consume it in little amounts of course, but his problem is caused by himself. He thinks he doesn’t worth his life, he had bad relationships with women, he is just torturing himself directly and he also knows it, and doesn’t want to change his mindset. A certain view of his reality in this life causes the trouble. Well that is his life, if he wish it, it can be reality.
Old people can have diabetes too, full of life problems mentally and beliefs from decades, now imagine how hard to cure them… They can only rely on specialists like “doctors” and can’t help themselves – well why should they if they are as brainwashed and as “intelligent” as their parents from the last century. They BELIEVE in external help. To support elderly, there are highly intelligent people too, I don’t want to label them, I know some personally too.

Don’t listen to others! WHO knows what is good for you? Only you know that. If you don’t know, you should closely observe your thoughts about certain things in your life, how do you feel about them. Change that belief and experiment with it.

Finally, don’t be afraid of sugar, it is spreaded widely how it is bad or your body is in trouble from it. Use it in balance with real foods and don’t overconsume it. That’s all.
If you think you can’t eat sugar, because it is harmful, now that is a belief construct, which you gave power and became your reality. You can reverse it!
Sugar is needed by our brain, simple sugars, but any of them can help it.
If you decline sugar in your life – meaning the sweatness (not just this kind of), like watching a movie, it will cause to decline everything which the mainstrain brainwashing tells you. You are the only one, who feels what do your body need. And if you feel yourself well from it, that is the best!

Eat more protein, less fat and less sugar, but don’t just decline them. Your lifestyle also needs it if you are more active in body, but if you don’t eat more protein than those, your body will degrade much fast, your muscles will weaken, lose muscle mass and your body and brain will suffer.

Sugar doesn’t cause cancer, You are causing it. Not genetics, not sugar. But it can fuel damaged cells and help it. Nothing complicated.
It is like going to the doctor to take a pill for certain problems. You can’t heal yourself, forgot it, this way you are going for external help and giving belief to a pill that it will finally heal your problems. Many times it can’t, your belief is weak again. Surprise : ) But sometimes our beliefs are weak and need that pill, well it is an interesting self-programming game.
